In July 2005, legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus played his last-ever major championship – the British Open at St. Andrews in Scotland. Nicklaus won all three of his British Open championships in Scotland, and as a tribute to his farewell to the British Open, the Royal Bank of Scotland issued a special commemorative £5 bank note in his honor. He became the only living person other than British royalty ever to appear on a Scottish bank note! Only a limited number were printed, and they are now out-of-issue. Makes a great gift for collectors and golf fans alike! Comes framed in an 8x10” framed display with a photo of Jack.
