Potentially the most popular note to own amongst collectors is the Series 1901 $10 “Buffalo” note, or “Buffalo Bill”. Over the years many people have thought that the buffalo used on this bill was none other than Black Diamond, the buffalo used on the design of the “wildly” popular buffalo nickels, but in fact was a different buffalo. These notes have become extremely popular and often serve as the cornerstone to any collection.
